Modern holiday apartment with a sea view from the private sunny terrace with jacuzzi and grill area, enclosed garden

This light holiday apartment with modern furnishing is in a quiet and green residential area just outside the historical Mediterranean metropolis Dubronik, along the Adriatic coast in the sunny south of Croatia. It is near the beach and also has easy access to the UNESCO world cultural heritage town centre.

Your private sunny terrace has garden furniture with cushions and a parasol. From here you can enjoy an extensive view over the Mediterranean garden as far as the sea. The green outdoor area below is shared with the owner, but the grill area is for your own exclusive use during your stay.This year we added open air whirlpool free of charge as well.

The fully air-conditioned holiday apartment occupies the lower floor of a three-storey, detached residential house that was newly built just recently in 2008. The two upper floors are occupied by the owner. The 35m² apartment consists of an open living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a modern daylight bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, a TV and a radio. An elegant breakfast bar separates the living room from the glossy built-in kitchen in trendy red, with a dishwasher, a four-zone hob, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. There is also a table with four chairs for relaxing holiday meals. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and the sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a further double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath, a wall mirror and a toilet. There is a washing machine for your own exclusive use and wireless Internet access is free of charge. This year we added open air whirlpool free of charge as well.

Your apartment is about 800 metres from the blue sea and the nearest beach. It is only about 1.5km to the historical old town of Dubrovnik. The bust stop about 100 metres away offers regular connections into town. The nearest grocery shops are within 200 metres.

Of course the owner in the house ensures your privacy, but is also happy to assist with any queries.

    “Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist hervorragend, es ist sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es ist sehr ruhig und auf der sehr schönen begrünten Terrasse, lässt es sich gut entspannen. Ich werde es bestimmt noch mal buchen und es ist sein Geld wert.”
