Comfortable holiday house with 3 to 7 bedrooms in a quiet, sunny location in the hamlet of Lehner-Au near Längenfeld. The skibus stop is only about 300 m away, the cross-country ski trail starts in front of the guesthouse. At about 3 km you will find grocery stores, restaurants, the AQUA DOME thermal spa center and a ski rental station.

 

The garden with sunbathing lawn, garden furniture, barbecue site and trampoline is available for shared use in the summer.

Cozy Apart Tina (approx. 90 m²) is located in the basement of our house: 1 living/dining room with wintergarden, satellite TV and access to the terrace, 1 double and 1 triple bedroom with shower, 1 family room with double bed and bunk beds (for children), and 1 extra bathroom incl. shower/WC. The homey kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, raclette and fondue set, barbecue utensils.
