All our flats are modernly furnished and are situated on the eastern shore of Lake Millstättersee, with a magnificent view over Lake Millstättersee and the surrounding mountains, about 300m from the lake as the crow flies. By car about 1.5 km and 3 minutes from the lake and Döbriach, here there is the complete infrastructure (restaurant, lido, shopping centre, etc.) in another 10 minutes drive you reach the largest village on the lake, Millstatt (6.5 km) or Radenthein (8 km). In other words, secluded and quiet, yet everything is within easy reach. You can also reach the world championship skiing area "Bad Kleinkirchheim" in only 15 km. All our apartments have either a garden terrace or at least a balcony. Nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday.

In the modern kitchen/living room there is a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, 2 ceramic plates, extractor bonnet, coffee machine, etc. Crockery, glasses, pots and kitchen utensils are also available. If you need something special, please ask and we will find a solution. There is also a dining area and a sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed (1,4m) in the kitchen.
The flat has a balcony where you can dine "under the open sky" or just enjoy a cool drink while watching the sunset over the lake.
