For nature-active vacationers, the apartments offer the perfect base to thoroughly explore the surrounding winter hiking trails and slopes. The Nockalm cable car is right across the street - practically Ski-In & Ski-Out. After some thrilling runs on the slopes, you can best refuel in one of the rustic huts with traditional regional delicacies like Carinthian Kasnudln.

Our newly renovated and light-filled 50m² apartment "Eulennest" is ideal for couples, small families, or nature lovers. Lovingly decorated in modern Alpine design, it offers enough space for up to 4 people. It's the perfect retreat after an eventful day in the mountains!

There is one bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed (queen size) and a cosy sofa bed in the living room with a slatted frame and mattress (queen size), ensuring no one has to compromise on comfort. The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a spacious terrace, and a small garden.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals. We provide basic kitchen supplies, such as dishwashing liquid and tabs, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, a few tea bags, and coffee pads for the Philips Senseo coffee machine, free of charge!

- The tourist tax of €2.70 per adult/night is not included in the final price and must be billed separately. Please pay this before arrival. You will receive information about this in advance.
- Since we are not on-site, you must complete the online guest registration for all travelers before arrival. You will receive information about this in advance. (We are legally required to register our guests with the municipality in Austria.)
Check-In Information (Including Code):

- Once we have received the deposit/full payment, the tourist taxes, and the personal data for the guest registration of all travelers, you will receive all further important information for your check-in at least 2 days before arrival. This will include the 6-digit code for the digital door lock on site.

- During your stay, we are always available via WhatsApp/email or by phone and are happy to help with any questions or concerns. We want to ensure that your stay with us is as pleasant as possible!
Cancellation Policy & Deposit:

- We offer our guests free cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival. If we cannot re-rent the apartment, we will charge 100% after that. A deposit of at least 50% is due within 7 days of booking. The remaining payment is due by the arrival day.
Additional Information:

- The coffee machine (Philips Senseo) comes with a basic supply of coffee pads for the first 1-2 days. There are refills available at the nearby supermarket.
- Various teas, salt, pepper, sugar, and cooking oil are provided.
- Bed linens and towels are, of course, provided.
- Shampoo, shower gel, and soap are also available.
- High-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Netflix access are available.
