The standig individually villa, built in 2001 and renovated in 2020 is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. This property is a family-friendly accomodation. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court.

St. Barbara of Nexe, district Canal. The villa is located on a 5000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a field or forest path (unpaved, length 400 m). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 2 m).
