Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. Further cross-country trails are in the immediate vicinity of the building - a biathlon bike or there is the option of entering the groomed trails at the train station. It is 800 m away from the house and runs via a regular direct train connection from Liberec to Szklarszka Poreba (Poland). Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 300 m). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.
