The holiday home is a semi-detached house and furnished in a modern style. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for use: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and Hollywood swing. 4 sunbeds. The house BAL MAR 145 (for 8 people) is located in the other semi-detached house.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking is available on the property.

    “Et dejligt hus med de faciliteter der er behov for. Der kunne godt udarbejdes en velkomst folder hvor de nærmeste seværdigheder er nævnt, at der er velkomst gave i form af vin, sodavand og kød. Vi blev overrasket over kødet i køleskabet og smed det ud, ærgerligt da vi hørt fra nabohuset at det var frisk kød. Oplysning om at der kommer en pool mand hver dag.
    Alt i alt en god oplevelse”

    “Es ist ein tolles Haus. Alles. was man im Urlaub braucht, ist vorhanden. Backofen, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, wer will Waschmaschine, 3 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Bad, Gäste WC, Dusche mit Bidet, offene Küchenzeile, Sitzecke in dem Stubenbereich. Der Pool war für die Kinder der Hit, nie wieder ohne ;-) . Am Abend saßen wir immer auf der hinteren Terrasse schön ruhig. Im vorderen Bereich ist auch eine kleine Terrasse zur Straßenseite. Beim Ausblick von 2 Schlafzimmern (Straßenseite) sahen wir den Balaton. zu Fuß sind es 7 Minuten rechts zum Steg oder links zu einer kleinen Treppe. Wir waren meistens links, da war es nicht so voll. Das Schlafzimmer nach hinten gelegen, ist schwierig, den ganzen Tag scheint die Sonne drauf und man kann nicht lüften, und nachts kann man nicht lüften, weil die Züge gleich da lang fahren. Wir fanden die ruhige Lage (außer die Züge) sehr positiv, wenn man aber was erleben möchte, muss man schon weit laufen oder mit kleinen Kindern mit den Auto fahren. Der Vermieter war auch 2 mal da, sehr nett. Wir fanden es toll und kommen wieder.”

    “Das Haus bietet alles was wir während eines entspannten Urlaubs benötigen. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Balaton ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus und der Garten ist sauber und gepflegt. Das nahegelegene Restaurant ist sehr gut aber leider gibt es keine Alternativen die zu Fuß schnell erreichbar sind.”
