This house with an elegant and modern interior stands nestled in an extensive garden in the countryside. At the front you have access to a shaded terrace with barbecue. The exceptional location of the house, in the tranquility of the countryside and yet close to the main roads, allows you to recharge your batteries without giving up the many activities that the region has to offer; the large 30 hectares of forest belonging to the owners and surrounding the property allow you to take peaceful walks. Périgueux (9 km) is a charming town that, in addition to the Saint-Front Cathedral, also attracts visitors with a Wednesday market, stores, restaurants and museums. Saint-Laurent-sur-Manoire (2 km) has a public swimming pool, and the nearest fishing lake is 7 km away. Sarlat (45 minutes) boasts ancient architecture and will also delight you with its castles and caves. From there you can also take a canoe trip on the rivers. The house is located more than 600 m (as the crow flies) from the highway, which will quickly take you to the sights of this region. The forest and the elevation protect you from any noise pollution from the highway.

    “Zeer goed huis. Alles aanwezig. Zelfs kinderstoel en babybedje waren aanwezig in tegenstelling tot wat mij per mail werd doorgestuurd.
    Ligt wel afgelegen. Om boodschappen te doen heb je even de wagen nodig.”
