Holiday flat in a housing complex with a balcony and views of the ocean

The 80 m² holiday flat is located on the third floor of a five storey residential building in an enclosed housing complex only a stone's throw from the coast, the harbour and the station in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres. The house was last renovated in 2015 and can accommodate up to six people.

The balcony can be accessed from the living room. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and an awning and offers views of the mountains. The complex has two community pools - one for adults and one for children. Communally used ping pong tables, a playground and a mini golf course are also at your disposal. There is a 24/7 security service. Private parking is also available.

The flat offers three bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m), the second one with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90 m each) and the third bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed (0.90 m each). The two bathrooms, tiled in light colours, offer a sink, a shower and a toilet. The bright kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. In an adjacent utility room you will find a washing machine and an iron. The living room offers a dining table and six chairs, a sofa, a flat screen television and a ceiling fan. Wireless internet access is available free of charge. A washing machine is available, as well. A small dog is permitted.

The nearest shops, the train station and the harbour are about 100 meters from the property. Trains service Barcelona regularly. It is 100 meters to restaurants and 1 km to the town centre of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres. The apartment is ideal for a beach holiday and a visit to Barcelona and you can go fishing.

    “Grosse, helle und gut ausgestattete Familienwohnung an ruhiger Lage, nahe von Strand und Bahnhof. Sauberkeit ist nicht top, die Betten sind eher klein. Grosser Pool und Spielplatz. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Wohnanlage, wo hauptsächlich Einheimische wohnen. Grosses B-Moll ist der Parkplatz, der zur Wohnung gehört: er befindet sich zwischen zwei anderen Parkplätzen und man muss sich mit den Nachbarn absprechen.”

    “Wir freuen uns über Ihren Kommentar und dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung genossen haben. Nur um zu erwähnen, dass er vergessen hat, die gute Behandlung, die er während seines Aufenthaltes erhielt, sowie die Hingabe und Zusammenarbeit von Eva und mir zu erwähnen, um das Problem zu lösen, das er mit seinem Auto während des Urlaubs hatte. Wir verstehen Ihren Kommentar zu den etwas kleinen Betten nicht, da sie Standardgröße 1,50 m breit x 2 m lang sind und die einzelnen sind 0,90 m breit x 1,90 m
    In Bezug auf Ihre Beschwerde über die Reinigung, hätten Sie Eva in einer der Mitteilungen während Ihres Aufenthaltes gewarnt und wir hätten sofort das Reinigungspersonal geschickt.
    Parkplätze sind Standardgröße für kleine oder mittelgroße Autos, obwohl manchmal Gäste mit großen 7-Sitzer SUB Autos kommen und ohne Probleme geparkt haben
    Insbesondere hatte ihr Parken kein Problem, ihr Auto zu betreten oder zu entfernen oder musste sich mit irgendeinem Nachbar koordinieren. Wir bedanken uns für Ihren Aufenthalt und würden uns freuen, Sie bei einer anderen Gelegenheit wieder zu begrüßen”

    “Apartament oceniamy bardzo wysoko oraz gościnność właścicieli - czekała na nas butelka wina, dla dzieci czekoladki, właścicielka wyszła po nas na dworzec, pozwoliła zostawić bagaże w dniu wyjadu. Nasze oczekiwania były w 100 % spełnione. Basen był codziennie czyszczony, mieszkanie czyste, przestronne, pościel i ręczniki czyste. Kuchnia wyposażona bogato, produkty żywnościowe i chemia do użytku, bez dodatkowej opłaty. Szybkie wi-fi. Nad morze i do dworca kolejowego - 50 m. My bylismy w maju, więc niepotrzebna była nam klimatyzacja, ale trzeba wiedzieć, że w tym mieszkaniu jej nie ma. Łazienki czyste, ale nie były ekskluzywne. Nam to jednak nie przeszkadzało. Dla rodzin z dziećmi jest to miejsce naprawdę godne polecenia. Bezpośredni dojazd do Barcelony, jednak zajmuje jakieś 40 min. Wieczorem z Barcelony pociągi jadą często do Mataro - stacji poprzedzającej LLavaneres. Polecamy serdecznie!”
