Although you live here a bit outside of Borgholm, you are nice and central here. It is only 2 km to the center. The tennis court is right outside the door, you are free to use it. The semi-detached house is spacious, has an open plan solution and a nice interior. 100 m from the house is a playground and a soccer field. From here you can walk to the castles of Borgholm and Solliden, but also the extensive sandy beach of Köpingsvik. A little to the north are the Rauken of Byerums and several fishing villages, as well as the amusement park Lådbilslandet, the interesting Böda Sand and the magical Trollskogen, a nature reserve. To the south are Öland's zoo, Eketorps Castle and artisans' studios. Also many golf courses are within reach. Neighbor to 1211458.
