From the house you have a beautiful and far-reaching view of the hills. Several beautiful and secluded panoramic roads will lead you to the interesting historical centers of Montefalco, Bevagna, Trevi and the special Clitunno springs. For your common use there is a large green area with garden furniture and swimming pool. The house has the ideal position for walks in the beautiful nature. A gravel road of about 500 meters leads to the house.
