Your holiday apartment Alouette CXIII was renovated in 2016 and offers the perfect holiday home for you and your family. The apartment on the 3rd floor of the house has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each (1 x double bed, 1 x 2-bed room) and a sofa bed in the living/dining room. The large living/dining room has an open-plan kitchen where you will find the usual amenities such as a dishwasher and microwave, coffee machine, etc. In the house itself you will find a shared boot drying room and a ski room to store your boards and skis in winter. The house Alouette is situated in an elevated position near the village square in the Oberi Gassu district, the hiking trails lead practically past the house. The apartments ZWA923 and ZWA925 are also located in this house.

Summer
During the summer months, the entire Saas region is covered by a network of over 350 kilometres of hiking trails. Starting from your holiday apartment, you can make the most of it. The themed and adventure trails are particularly popular with families with children. With a bit of luck, you can observe and feed the tame marmots on the marmot trail. This is also possible in other parts of Switzerland, where you are surrounded by mountains.
In Saas-Fee, 70 kilometres of well-marked bike trails are waiting to be explored by you. Mountain and e-bike hire as well as guided bike tours are available and can be booked or hired from the Intersport shop in Saas-Fee.
The golf course of the Golf Club Matterhorn is located between the villages of Randa and Täsch. At an altitude of 1,400 metres above sea level with views of the Breithorn and Matterhorn, you can play the 9-hole, par 36 course over a length of 2,931 m from May to November. The terrain is mostly flat and therefore easy to walk.

The region around Saas-Fee is served by around 22 ski lifts and mountain railways. Skiers and snowboarders can discover a fairytale winter paradise with over 100 kilometres of groomed pistes. Surrounded by a magnificent mountain backdrop, including 18 four-thousand metre peaks, the ski area fulfils every wish. There are also 20 km of winter hiking trails, 8 km of cross-country ski trails, 11 km of toboggan runs and various toboggan runs for a varied change of pace. Thanks to its location, snow is guaranteed from the end of October to the beginning of May.
Snow-covered trees, wide expanses of snow and a marvellous panorama invite you to go on extensive snowshoe tours or peaceful winter hikes.
