    “Die Wohnung ist gross und ausreichend ausgestattet. Sie hat Charme und ist für Familien bestens geeignet. ABER man darf keine luxuriöse Wohnung erwarten. Für eine Premium Liegenschaft hat sie m.E. zu viele Mankos. Positiv: Die Wohnung ist gross und die Lage ist sensationell. Es gibt eigentlich alles was man so braucht. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ein ziemliches Sammelsurium zwischen alt und neu. Die Betten sind komfortabel und namentlich das neue Bad (mit Wanne) ist wirklich sehr schön. Negativ: Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist eigentlich eine Frechheit.. Namentlich die Sitzank beim Esstisch ist de facto nicht brauchbar, weil sie sich schon beim Anschauen in Einzelteile aufzulösen droht. Die Küche ist ein Witz. Man merkt, dass da einfach gebastelt worden ist. Alles sehr billig und instabil. Kochen ist zwar möglich aber einfach nur Spaghetti oder so. Für alles andere würde ich das Restaurant bevorzugen. Wirklich schade finde ich die ausserordentlich hässlichen und abgewohnten Teppiche. Der Holzboden ist schön und warm; warum man überall noch Teppiche hingelegt hat ist mir schleierhaft.”
