Holiday apartments with a garden, in green surroundings and with a wonderful view

The house is in Nüdlingen, a tranquil locality surrounded by many hiking and cycling trails, near Bad Kissingen. There something to suit all tastes in this beautiful region of Bavaria, at the heart of Germany.

The house offers a total of three apartments. The apartments are right by the generous garden on three levels, which you have free access to. Garden furniture, seating, a grill and garden chimney are provided. You can relax here and enjoy the wonderful view. Parking spaces are provided.

There are various local shopping facilities. The centre of the well-known spa town of Bad Kissingen is about 5km away. KissSalis, one of the most modern thermal baths in Europe, is just a few minutes away. Würzburg, Bamberg, Bayreuth, Coburg, Frankfurt, Fulda, Rothenburg or Nürnberg make ideal day trips, as well as other places of interest.

Triple Apartment with Lounge Terrace and Garden

Nuedlingen is located near the spa and wellness resort town of Bad Kissingen, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Great Spa Towns of Europe since July 2021.

This property is perfect for families, groups of friends and business travelers. It offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing and entertaining stay. It is located just a short driving distance from the centre of Bad Kissingen. Schweinfurt is 20 km away and you can drive to the Frankfurt or Nuremberg in approximately 90 minutes. Discover the romantic Medieval towns of Bamberg, Coburg, Rothenburg, and Würzburg, which are approximately a one-hour drive away.

The Triple Apartment (three fully-furnished apartments) consists of an inter-connecting double apartment with two separate fully-furnished apartments and a separate two-level maisonette apartment with a covered lounge terrace. Additionally, each apartment has a sofa bed for a third person and there is a capacity for a baby as the 10th person. All apartments have access to the top level of the garden and have a garden view.

The Triple Apartment accommodation includes the private use of the garden top level, the covered bar seating area, and the covered lounge terrace for outdoor relaxation and dining. Smoking is only permitted outdoors in designated areas in garden with ash trays and away from the house.

A larger group of up to 16 persons may be hosted at the property when booking additional apartments within the owner apartment group.

Optional services:

The optional service below is available upon request prior to arrival for an additional cost of €120,- for access and use up to 7 nights (payable at the property):

1) Private barbecue and grill area. Additional grill area seating areas including a multi-purpose terrace that are surrounded by trees and greenery for entertainment or relaxation for a small group of up to 9 persons.

2) Bike rental. Two mountain bikes and one ladies ebike are available. The rental fee applies per bike and does not include an insurance fee or reimburseable security payment.

The optional services below are available upon request prior to arrival for an additional cost of €100,- per booked night (payable at the property):

3) Entertainment Package per event or party including the use of a Bluetooth music party box speaker. Self-service Wine Bar Area (Wellness drinks, juices, fine wines, mineral water and other beverages are not included and may be booked as a separate package).

4) Daily access to the private deluxe sauna and relaxation area for up to 4 persons to include the use of bathrobes, wellness drinks, juices, and mineral water. The hours of operation are from 8am to 11 am and 5pm to 8 pm (Hours of operation may be adjusted by mutual agreement).

    “Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön und auch die Ausstattung war ohne Mängel. Sogar Kleinigkeiten wie Gewürze waren vorhanden. Die Möbel und die Einrichtung waren sehr ansprechend und man fühlte sich direkt wohl. Die Hausinhaber waren sehr freundlich.”
