You have 100 m² of private and fenced garden and a further 100 m² of communal garden at your disposal. Enjoy hours of fun in the swimming pool and use the dinghy, which the owner will launch for you by prior arrangement and at an extra charge.

The first beaches and the centre of Porec can be reached by car in around ten minutes.
Be sure to visit one of the most beautifully preserved monuments in Pore, the Euphrasian Basilica, whose famous buildings and mosaics will delight you. Try the excellent local specialities and famous Istrian wines in the many restaurants.

The owner occasionally lives in the other part of the house.
