Situated on a natural plot at the end of a cul-de-sac, this beautiful and modern wooden house offers the ideal conditions for a peaceful holiday with family or friends. The heart of the house is the cosy kitchen-living room with corner bench, dining table, dining chairs, armchairs, wood-burning stove and TV, where you can spend many pleasant hours. There are also four bedrooms, three toilets and two showers.

One of the best features is the indoor swimming pool, where you can spend many hours swimming. The sauna invites you to relax after an active day's holiday.

The beautiful surroundings make it a pleasure to be outside. There are outdoor dining areas on all sides of the house.

The surrounding area offers many opportunities for an active holiday: spend relaxing days on the beach and by the sea with long walks or take a day trip to charming Aalborg, which is only a pleasant drive away. Take a trip to Hou, where you will find a cosy marina. There is plenty to do here for children and adults with playgrounds, ice cream parlours, a restaurant and much more). The slightly larger harbour town of Hals is just a short drive away, and the nearest beach is just a few minutes' walk from the house. And if you are lucky, you may see deer, pheasants, squirrels and other exciting animals that often graze near the house.
