Very comfortable ski chalet with wood stove and outdoor jacuzzi (use is free of charge). Superb panoramic situation outside the resort, in ~1,7 km distance from the center. The spacious, light-flooded dining and living room with open kitchen invites you to enjoy convivial evenings by the stove; Flatscreen TV with about 240 channels, e.g. en - de - fr - it. Each of the 5 sleeping rooms has got a bathroom with toilet. In the top floor is a spacious sleeping room with 2 single beds and a sitting area (sofa bed for 2 persons) with TV, which can be used as a children´s space. Underfloor heating in the living room, big "American Style" fridge with water and ice dispenser, garden furniture with BBQ. Depending on snow and weather conditions you can ski directly from the ski area to the chalet (no marked or prepared ski run, use at own risk).

Distance to skibus stop ~200 m, to Les Collons ~1,7 km. Les Collons features shops, restaurants, pubs, ski rental shop, ski school, bank, post office. Indoor swimming pool and kindergarden (from 18 month on) in Thyon 2000, ~6 km. 25 km from the regional capital Sion.

Chalet altitude 1.650 m; top of the ski slopes 3.330 m at Mt Fort glacier; 410 km of alpine slopes, 95 ski lifts, biggest swiss ski area. High speed chair lift Les Masses - Les Collons with parking deck at the base station. Huge snowparc "Centralpark" at Thyon. Ice rink in Hérémence. The region has a network of 12 km nordic slopes.

Alpenchalets guests benefit from a reduction of up to 20% -depending on the rental week- on ski passes for the entire ski area Les Collons - Verbier - 4 Valleys or the partial area 'Printze', from 6 days on; also valid for children, youths and seniors.

Summer guests in Les Collons/Les Masses can expect a wide range of activities. Enjoy the fresh alpine air and have a quiet walk in the vast hiking area. Try the great range of mountain bike routes. In Les Collons you also can walk softly without important differences in altitude along the 'Suonen/Bisses' (historic irrigation channels). For a change, you can also go horse riding, climbing, paragliding or bowling. Golf court in Sion (about 25 km). Also worth a visit are Valais’ capital Sion for a shopping trip or a gourmet meal out and the underground lake near St-Léonard (situated between Sion and Sierre), where boat trips are proposed on Europe's largest underground lake.

    “Wir haben alles sehr genossen.
    Und haben fast nichts auszusetzen.
    Für uns war es Luxus pur.Und das Preisverhältis gut,da wir den Preis auch teilen konnten.
    Leider wurde unser Kerichtsack von Mäusen zerfressen.Dort wäre es gut etwas zu Unternehmen.Nur kleine Anmerkung. Positiv: Alle Zimmer waren sauber und mit eigenem Wc ,Dusche und noch Badewanne ausgestattet.Der aussen Pool war der Hammer und wurde von uns rege gebraucht.Und auch die Aussicht war top. Negativ: Das Holz zum Chemine ist leider nid zum gebrauch opitamal gewesen.Zu grosse Stücke.Es gab auch nicht,womit man es spalten konnte.So haben wir das Holz bezahlt und fast nichts davon brauchen können.”

    “Von diesem Ferienhaus wird man den Eindruck nicht los, dass der Besitzer nur Geld aus der Liegenschaft zieht und keine Investitionen oder Reparaturen im nötigen Ausmass gemacht werden. Positiv: Die Grösse des Hauses.
    Die gute Zimmereinteilungen mit Bad Negativ: Wenn mit Garage vermietet wird und dann nicht zur Verfügung steht.
    Wenn man in einer Besteckschublade Mäusekot findet.
    Tassen ungewaschen im Schrank stehen.
    Geschirr vor allem Tassen + Gläser mehr als knapp, wenn das Haus mit 12 Personen belegt ist.
    Putz + Abfallauszug defekt und unbrauchbar ist.
    Grosse Balkontüre defekt und unbrauchbar ist. (Riegel fehlt und somit auch undicht)
    Im Familienzimmer ist das Bettsofa als Bett selbst für Kinder nicht brauchbar.
    WiFi nur bis Donnerstag nutzbar > Rückmeldung der Swisscom, dass die Rechnungen nicht bezahlt wurden.
    TV nur 4 Sender nutzbar obwohl eine SAT-Anlage vorhanden wäre. Beste Reisezeit: Wir kennen den Ferienort nur aus Winteraufenthalten und schätzen die vielseitigen Pisten des Gebiets Printze. Empfehlung: Families, couples, groups - Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad was äusserst angenehm ist.”

    “Positiv: Level of equipment and furnishing really good Negativ: Jacuzzi had a leak, sky tv didn’t work (wasn’t advertised but the boxes and remote controls were there and switches on so one would have assumed they should work) and the price compare even to neighboriiing weeks was extremely high”

    “Positiv: Grosszügig eingerichtet, schönes Haus, Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Negativ: Wir mietetne für Fr. 300.- in der Woche das Jacuzzi dazu. 2x kam jemand um es zu reinigen. Einmal fand er im Wasser ein leeres Päckli Zigaretten und machte ein riesen Theater desswegen. Am Ende der Woche musste ich noch Fr. 50.- dazu bezahlen. Fand ich doch übertrieben. Für mich war es nicht Verhältnissmässig!”
