Large, rustic 2-family house "Villa Bellavista", 300 m a.s.l.. Above Dongo 2 km from the centre of Dongo, 48 km from the centre of Como, 40 km from the centre of Lugano, in a secluded position on a slope, 2 km from the lake. For shared use: property (fenced), terraced garden with plants and trees, meadow. Stepped path to the house. Supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Como" 48 km, grass beach 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Residence with electric gates.

Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars), garage (1 car). No internal connecting door between the separated properties. When booking this property you make a reservation for the whole house.     “Das Haus ist sehr schön. Immer noch wie auf den Fotos. Super Lage, sauber, gute Ausstattung der Küche, freundliche Vermieter, alles Top. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da das Haus 25 Gehminuten oberhalb des Dorfes liegt.”

    “Das villenartige Haus besticht durch seine wunderbare Lage. Die Sicht vom terrassenförmig angelegten Grundstück und den meisten Fenstern des Hauses ist unübertroffen. Wir trafen es ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt an, die Ausstattung der Küche, aber auch der anderen Räume ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig.

    Aufgrund der vielen Treppen ist das Haus für ältere Menschen und Familien mit Babies und Kleinkindern aus meiner Sicht nicht gut geeignet. Unsere Kinder (6 J.-11 J.) hatten großen Spaß beim Versteck spielen auf dem weitläufigen verwinkelten Grundstück und im großzügig geschnittenen Haus. Schlüsselübergabe absolut problemlos und unkompliziert.

    Sehr gute Bademöglichkeit in Dongo (10 Min Autofahrt vom Haus entfernt). Windsurfen ist sehr gut möglich in Domaso (20 Min Autofahrt).”
