Welcome to this well-maintained vacation home, which welcomes you surrounded by wide open spaces and beautiful nature south of Ebeltoft. The bright rooms of the house invite you to relax here together, large transom windows let a lot of light into the house and bring out the beautiful view over the landscape with the sea and the Mols Bjerge on the horizon optimally. Eat together with a view of the garden, or move the meals right outside, the terrace, which extends southwest around the house and on which a sheltered corner with sun from the south has been set up, also invites you to cozy barbecue evenings while your children play frolicsomely.

The villa is well situated in the middle of the open country on the southern peninsula of Djursland, which is characterized by extensive forests and hilly landscapes. A gravel path will take you to the water, and many beautiful beaches, including Øer Strand, attract in the immediate vicinity, as well as good mountain bike trails in the forest. Between Elsegårde and Øer there is a large, hilly heath area where many rare and protected animal and plant species live. If you walk down the dirt road from the house, you will have a unique view over the bay, the mountains of Mol, Helgneæs and all the way to Tunø and Samsø from the viewpoint Hasnæs Høje.
