The first construction of the house dates from the first half of the twentieth century, which was completely renovated in 2010, to equip the house with the necessary comforts of today, without losing the character of the old construction, giving it a rustic-modern decoration where the two styles are combined in a magnificent way.

The house is located on a plot of about 7,000 square meters with many trees, with sunny and shady areas where you can relax.

From the swimming pool and the terraces of the house you have a beautiful panoramic view of the village of Santa Margalida as well as of the landscape.

The house has left behind the old agricultural uses to which it was destined in the last century to give way to a new stage as a holiday home in which the traveller can enjoy a typical Majorcan style house adapted to its time, as well as enjoy its large garden with swimming pool and its surroundings with lawn and trees.

Only occasionally is the tranquillity interrupted by the bleating of sheep in the surrounding pastures and the tinkling of bells, sometimes there are also some goats as well as some cats.

On the ground floor consists of living-dining room, fully fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms, one bathroom.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with bathroom en suite each one.
The water supply is mainly provided by a cistern, which is automatically fed from the property’s own well.
The comfortably equipped kitchen offers a large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher as well as small appliances.
Towels, bed linen and a cot are provided.
WIFI and satellite TV are available.
At the back of the house there is a charcoal barbecue.

The pool has a size of 8x4x2 m, it has a seating area where you can enjoy a cocktail in the water watching the sunset.

Located 1 km from the town of Santa Margalida, with easy access to the beaches of Can Picafort and the area of Alcúdia.

The inland area of Mallorca is rich in scenery and with an extensive gastronomic offer ranging from traditional Mallorcan cuisine, with home-grown wines to signature cuisine.

With easy access to a wide range of complementary offers, such as restaurants, golf, tennis, horse riding, diving, surfing, boat trips, etc.
