The beautiful Villa Perini with private pool is located in the small town of Sveti Lovrec in the heart of Istria. It can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms. This designer villa is the perfect choice for a relaxing vacation with family and friends on Croatia's most charming peninsula.

A cozy living room, furnished with tasteful designer furniture and a fireplace, awaits you on the first floor. Here you can relax on the sofa and read a good book. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. This is the perfect place to have breakfast in the morning or to prepare delicious meals. Two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a guest WC are also located on the first floor. Here you can try out the sauna, which is located in one of the bathrooms, or take a relaxing bath in a bathtub located in the middle of one of the bedrooms.

You will sleep well and soundly in the three bedrooms on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and access to its own terrace where you can enjoy peaceful nights.

The spacious outdoor area with a beautiful green lawn and the pretty terrace invite you to spend precious moments with your loved ones. You can take a dip in the pool, relax in one of the sun loungers, try out the jacuzzi or prepare meals on the barbecueThe villa is located in the medieval town of Sveti Lovrec in central Istria. This picturesque small town is far from the urban hustle and bustle and is characterized by its narrow, winding streets and stone houses, where you can have dinner at the local restaurant and take a stroll afterwards. This area is known for its olive groves and vineyards, which give Istria its special charm.
The nearest beaches are in Porec, Vrsar and Funtana and are only a short drive away from Sveti Lovrec. The old town of Porec is the perfect place to get to know the rich cultural heritage of Istria. The nearby regional main road allows you to quickly reach most of the sights in Istria, such as the Brijuni National Park or the Arena in Pula.
