This two-room holiday apartment on the ground floor and the small one-room holiday apartment on the upper floor are located separately in a residential building just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful lido. Shopping facilities and restaurants are also within easy walking distance. There is a car park and lockable storage space for bicycles. WLAN can be activated by arrangement with the owner. Final cleaning, water and energy are included in the total price. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site. Pets: One small dog up to a height of 40 cm is allowed in this property. All other pets must be authorised by the owner prior to booking.

It was completely refurbished in 2016 and equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio, CD/DVD), an open-plan kitchenette (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave with grill, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed), shower/WC and central heating.
The seaside resort of Ueckermünde, the easternmost German harbour town on the Szczecin Lagoon, has a population of approx. 12,000. In recent years it has developed into a highly recommended holiday destination. There is an old town worth seeing with cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities, a marina on the Uecker with boat hire and passenger boat trips to Poland and the island of Usedom, a beautiful zoo and a well-kept lido with spa gardens and promenade on the Szczecin Lagoon with restaurants, beach chair hire and mini golf. The well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails makes it easy to explore the beautiful wooded surroundings without a car. Anglers will find the best conditions, especially on the River Uecker.
