The holiday apartment with separate access is located on the upper floor of a residential house on the owner's 1000 sqm residential property in a quiet location on the edge of the forest. Equipped with: Living room (upholstered furniture, sitting area, LCD TV, radio/CD), open-plan kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge, dining table, microwave, various kitchen appliances), 3 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds and upholstered furniture, 1 x 2 upholstered loungers, cot/high chair), shower/WC, central heating. At your disposal: furnished balcony, covered terrace on a large open space, campfire site, barbecue, bicycle storage and car park. For children there is a sandpit and a swing. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, electricity and water according to consumption. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Pets: One small dog (max. 40 cm) is allowed in this property.
