A special kind of retreat awaits you as an oasis for guests seeking relaxation and a connection with nature. As far as the eye can see, you can look out over the huge property on which the villa is nestled in a landscape of lemon and olive trees. Over 500 carob trees grow on the grounds, from which the owners produce high-quality organic products. The first terrace area is located directly by the pool and is accessible from the house through large double doors. From here you can enjoy a marvellous view over the gently undulating landscape. The surrounding countryside extends over an area of 42,000 m², making it the perfect secluded location. There is ample outdoor seating, for example in the beautiful covered dining area, where pretty furniture invites you to enjoy a cosy meal al fresco. A simple menu can be easily prepared and enjoyed on the barbecue. The chill-out zone with wicker armchairs invites you to happy hour, as does the small seating area by the pool, which can be shaded by a parasol if desired. From here you can overlook the beautiful olive garden and relax on comfortable wooden loungers. If it gets too warm, you can jump into the 50 m² pool, which is lined with mosaic tiles.

The building was thoroughly and carefully renovated just a few years ago. The traditional Mallorcan details have been lovingly preserved, including the stately entrance area with its imposing ceiling and the staircase leading to a gallery. Like the rest of the house, it is lovingly furnished and wonderfully rustic. From the cosy living area with fireplace (there are two fireplaces in the house), a round arch leads to the adjoining open, spacious kitchen with a round dining table. For more refined tastes, meals can be taken in the separate living and dining room, which is surrounded by decorative stone walls. There are a total of three double bedrooms in the building. The combination of modern wrought iron bed frames and dark antique wardrobes harmonises perfectly with the light walls and warm terracotta floor tiles. The two bathrooms are very different and attractively designed. The white bathtub has a maritime tiled surround in typical Mallorcan style, while the second is a natural stone shower with warm earthy tones. Many small details throughout the house lovingly combine tradition and modernity in perfect harmony.
Furthermore, this finca is a certified eco-house with the following facilities:
Collection of waste water by means of a biological filter, which enables the regeneration of water for irrigation purposes and prevents uncontrolled dumping on the land.
Installation of a photovoltaic solar panel for self-consumption, which reduces the consumption of fossil fuels and promotes the use of renewable energies. The rustic Villa Galdent Johannis is situated on a spacious plot in a marvellous secluded location surrounded by nature and close to Llucmajor (3.5 km). The well-kept property with lemon and olive trees has lovely terraces and a large, private 50 m² pool. From the villa you can reach the beaches in the south of Mallorca in a short time, especially Es Trenc beach.
