The beautiful holiday finca Son Granada is nestled in the idyllic landscape of the eastern region of Mallorca. Here, traditional Mallorcan architecture meets an elegantly staged outdoor area. Relax in the carefully designed pool area, which is sheltered from the wind and surrounded by high sandstone walls. The wooden floor, stylish awnings, sumptuous sun loungers and an inviting outdoor shower create an atmosphere that invites total relaxation. The garden is laid out as a spacious terrace: Natural stone and gravel harmonise with the light-coloured natural stone of the building. In the centre and tastefully covered, there is a wonderful dining area with adjoining outdoor kitchen and charcoal barbecue - the perfect place to enjoy the warm summer nights on the Mediterranean with friends and family.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The 215 m² interior of the farmhouse, built in 1850, is characterised by a successful combination of original elements and modern comfort. The rooms are pleasantly cool even at high temperatures and are accessed via two separate entrances. On the ground floor, in addition to the living area with several seating areas, there is a dining area with a table and two kitchens, one of which has another dining table. Four of the five bedrooms are at ground level; on a gallery on the upper floor there is a further bedroom for two guests with its own bathroom. On the right-hand side of the house there are two bedrooms for two people each, while on the left-hand side there is a double room and a single room. Modern bathrooms with large shower cubicles have been integrated into both areas. One of the rooms has a small private terrace. The holiday home is equipped with WLAN and stable mobile phone reception.

Surrounded by fields and pastures, Villa Son Granada is situated in an enviable location between Manacor and Felanitx in the centre of the island. From here you have access to the whole island; a direct connection to Palma as well as easily accessible beaches and rocky coves on the east coast make this property an ideal base for an unforgettable holiday. The region is popular with hikers and cyclists, while Manacor offers various shopping opportunities.
