Ocean Blue is the promising name of this town villa, located on the beautiful south-east coast of Mallorca. Here are some of the highlights of this dream villa. The property consists mainly of a completely south-facing terrace and pool area. The pool is accessible via a low side staircase and is situated on a natural stone terrace. There is plenty of space on the terrace for comfortable poly-wicker sun loungers and even a day bed in cool Bali style. Mediterranean flowering plants such as hibiscus, several palm trees and olive trees surround the small but very attractive outdoor area. Although the villa is located in a high-quality urbanisation with neighbouring houses, the pool area is not visible and the privacy of the entire property is very well protected. A staircase leads to the villa's covered terrace, which is L-shaped. Here there is plenty of space for sun loungers and a solid wooden table with trendy rattan high-back chairs. Another, more romantic seating area on a kind of terrace right next to the kitchen is furnished with a delicate bistro furniture set. There is also an inviting, partially covered viewing platform on the upper floor and a relaxed lounge corner, which is accessible from two of the bedrooms. Whether day or night, you can relax completely and enjoy the phenomenal view of the sea.

Upon entering this 5-star property, we are met with an exemplary interior design style via floor-to-ceiling, anthracite-coloured window elements, which bathe the interior of this chic villa in a beautiful light, fully convincing with its noble, timeless ambience. The light-flooded rooms are furnished with predominantly white furniture and high-quality metal and wooden accessories in a rustic-modern country house style with a vintage touch, as can also be seen in the combined living and dining area. High-quality, solid dark wooden doors separate the rooms. High-quality Marès stone, which has its natural origin in the Balearic Islands, was frequently used. The trendy kitchen is fitted with built-in cupboards in the style of a former farmhouse kitchen, all in high-quality white. The modern, fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering a pleasure. The single bedroom with simple and elegant furnishings and a bathroom, which can easily be used as a guest bathroom, are located on the ground floor. A wooden staircase leading to a gallery leads to the upper level, where the other three bedrooms are located; all air-conditioned. The beds in the spacious rooms are all 1.80 m x 2 m in size. Two trendy relaxation rooms share one of the two bathrooms, while the master bedroom has its own bathroom. Each en-suite bathroom has high-quality fittings beautifully tiled with a floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower area: there is another large bath in the master bathroom where you can enjoy the panoramic views while relaxing in the bath. From the aforementioned sun terrace on this level, you can greet the new day while enjoying the slightly salty breeze blowing in from the sea.

The villa is situated in a favoured location between the two coastal towns of Cala Santanyi and Cala Figuera. Cala Santanyi is also within walking distance. This small bay with fine sand is characterised by its shallow, child-friendly shore and its bright azure blue colour: If you sit on the steps of the old fishermen's huts and look at the impressive cliff panorama above the glistening water, you'll know you're finally on holiday. A trip to the picturesque fishing harbour of Cala Figuera (approx. 1.3 km away) is definitely not to be missed. This fjord-like fig bay is still the starting point for fishermen. At the same time, you will find some very good restaurants serving freshly caught fish along the pretty promenade. Due to its location within an urbanisation, there is some street noise, but it is mainly used by residents, and neighbouring towns are within easy reach, such as Santanyi, which was founded in the 13th century. Here you can take a stroll through picturesque alleyways and find a lovely bodega and tapas bar to round off your relaxing holiday.

The maritime Villa Ocean Blue is located in the well-kept urbanisation Se Torre Nova near Cala Santanyi. It owes its name to its proximity to the sea, as the pretty sandy bay of Cala Santanyi is just a stone's throw away and can also be reached on foot. Daily shopping can be done in Santanyi, where the weekly market is held every Wednesday. The picturesque fishing harbour of Cala Figuera is also just 1.3 km away and can be easily reached on foot.
