The Historica Apartment is located in a magnificent Engadine house, carefully renovated to preserve the charm and history of the region. With space for up to 6 guests, the apartment features an elegant master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with two single beds. Additional sleeping arrangements include a high-quality sofa bed by Bruno. The traditional "Stüva" serves as a cozy living area, perfect for relaxing after a day in nature.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen with an adjacent dining area is fitted with high-quality appliances and plenty of space for cooking and enjoying meals. Please note that the bathroom is accessible only through the master bedroom.
The highlight is the wellness area with sauna, pool (swimming channel) and fully equipped gym with endurance and strength equipment. Massages can also be offered directly at the house.
This apartment includes its own washing machine and dryer in the bathroom.
In summer, you can enjoy a small outdoor seating area.
The offer is complemented by shared facilities such as garage or outdoor parking spaces (depending on availability on-site or in the central parking garage in Zuoz), an e-charging station, ski and bike storage, a ski boot room with boot dryers, as well as a laundry room with dryers and ironing facilities.
The Historica Apartment can be connected to the Bijou Apartment via an internal staircase, making it ideal for larger groups.
