The kitchen also has a private washing machine. Two garage parking spaces can be rented for an additional fee.
During the renovation of the apartment, great care was taken to use high-quality materials. Granite flooring was installed in the kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms, while the living room and bedrooms have warm wooden floors. This apartment provides an all-around comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

From Champfèr, you can easily reach the ski areas of St. Moritz/Corviglia or Silvaplana/Corvatsch in just a few minutes.
