Apartment located on the top floor of a new building. The apartment is located in a quiet place near the lake and Delta della Maggia and has a large terrace overlooking the hills of Locarno and the surrounding mountains. Outside there is a playground in the garden of the house with a grill and a chess board.  The apartment is located in the Residenza PerSempre in Locarno, a city of about 15,000 people located close to Lake Maggiore on Delta della Maggia. Locarno is a famous destination for tourism, thanks to the mild and Mediterranean climate and the spectacular landscapes that are located a few kilometers from the city. Every year the city hosts important events, the most important of which takes place at the beginning of August: the "Locarno Film Festival" which, in the splendid Piazza Grande, welcomes thousands of spectators. The Residenza PerSempre, where this holiday apartment is located, is located in the Rusca-Saleggi district, part of the "Città Nuova” of Locarno, mainly for residential use. Thanks to a particularly favorable position, in the vicinity of the Residence PerSempre there are various easily accessible services, such as restaurants, grocery stores, Lake Maggiore (1 km away), Lido di Locarno.
