Whitstable: Comfortable single-family house "Trappers End", 2 storeys, built in 1960. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 1 km from the sea. Private: garden 40 m2. Patio (20 m2), garden furniture. In the house: internet access, WiFi (all included). Motor access to the house. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, bar 300 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station 1.5 km, pebble beach 1.5 km. Golf course 1.5 km, tennis 1.5 km.

5-room house on 2 levels. Simple and cosy furnishings: living room with TV and video. Dining room. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Sep. WC. Gas heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and hand-basin. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 bed. Shower/WC. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Distant view of the sea from the double bedroom.

    “Prima huis in reguliere Engelse straat. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor zes personen is er ruimschoots. Niet alleen qua keukeninventaris en eetgerei maar in de schuur staan ook strandspullen die je mag lenen. Woonkamer is wel wat klein, maar daar staat weer een aparte eetkamer tegenover. Keuken is ook aan krappe kant. De kleine slaapkamer met stapelbed is erg klein. Andere twee slaapkamers zijn ruim. Maar verder knus huis met bijzondere soorten vloerbedekking.
    Achter het huis ligt een verrassend ruim park (‘green’) waar we bij toeval via een zijstraatje (Paddock view) achter kwamen. Qua toegankelijkheid is het huis minder geschikt voor mensen die niet zo goed ter been zijn vanwege de steile oprit en de traptredes bij de entree van het huis.
    Met 20 minuten lopen ben je in het centrum van Whitstable en op het strand. Ook het treinstation ligt op ongeveer 20 minuten lopen. Ideaal voor een dagje Londen (duur enkele treinreis 1 uur en 20 minuten). Ook prettig is dat je het huis niet perse een hele week hoeft te boeken in het hoogseizoen. Prettig prijs/kwaliteitsniveau.”

    “Das Objekt kann ich empfehlen; es ist gut ausgerüstet und sauber.Im
    Vergleich zu anderen nur vor Ort angebotenen ähnlichen Objekten liegt das
    Objekt allerdings hinsichtlich der Miete deutlich über dem Durchschnitt.
