Holiday home comfortable with sauna and garden

The detached holiday home built in 2012 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. For your exclusive use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Beach chair.carts

Zempin (Seebad). The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is allergic friendly.Wireless Internet access. Facing south with a view of nature. Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.

Bedroom with 1 bunk bed and only suitable for children up to 14 years old. Kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, dryer, shower, 2 sinks, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with 1 sink and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.

    “Alles super, in diesem Haus macht selbst bei schlechtem Wetter der Urlaub an der Ostsee Spaß. Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal da und buchen bestimmt wieder. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort ist einfach super.”

    “Besonders hervorzuheben ist die freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Das Haus selbst vermittelt eine wohlfühlende Atmosphäre.
    Sauberkeit okay! Gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man so in einem Haus braucht. Für nicht Techniker ist die Bedienung der Heizung eine Herausforderung. Auch die Bedienung des WLANs ist für Laien nicht optimal (Prepaid?).”

    “Schade, dass man nur fünf Sterne vergeben kann, hier hätten wir gern mehr vergeben :-). Wir waren vier Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Insgesamt vier Generationen und ein Hund. Selbst für stark gehbehinderte Menschen ist das Ferienhaus mehr als optimal. Neben der sehr netten Betreuung und dem köstlichen Empfang mit kleinen Gastgeschenken ist das Haus eine Perle. Die Ausstattung im und am Haus lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Wir schätzten insbesondere den großen Garten, der an kein weiteres bebautes Grundstück angrenzt, wie in vielen Ferienregionen üblich. Wir waren im Haus und dem Garten sehr ungestört und haben die Sonneninsel Usedom absolut genießen können. Das wir unsere beiden Fahrzeuge direkt neben dem Haus auf dem Grundstück parken konnten, war für uns sehr angenehm, da hatten wir leider schon andere Erfahrungen machen müssen. Wir sechs hatten einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub und daran hat das Ferienhaus, die nette Betreuung vor und während des Aufenthaltes einen sehr großen Anteil.”
