In der Ferienlodge können sie von Doppelzimmer mit GM - Raum, Singleküche, Kühlschrank, Microwelle, Eßecke über Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer bis zur Kompletten Etage mit 4 Schlafzimmer buchen.
In jedem Schlafzimmer können auf Wunsch auch je 1 Zustell- oder Babybett dazu gebucht werden. So das 2 Erwachene + 1 weitere Person darin Platz haben.
In der Ferienwohnung und bei der kompletten Etage erfolgt die Aufbettung im Wohnzimmer auf Schlafsofas wenn keine Zustellbetten in den Schlafzimmer dazu gebucht wurden. Teilen sie uns einfach mit, was und wie sie es gerne haben möchten.
Je nach Anzahl der gebuchten Schlafzimmer haben so bis zu 12 Personen inkl. Kinder Platz.
Gerne richten wir sie auch ein Kinderschlafzimmer mit Spielsachen oder ein Babyzimmer mit Wickeltisch ein.
Jeder 4 - beinige Gast erhält ein Hundebett, ein Wassernapf, ein Futternapf und ein Hundehandtuch an dem Platz ihrer Wahl.

Alle Zimmer sind ebenerdig mit direktem Ausgang zur Terrasse und dem 2000 qm komplett eingezäunten Garten.

Im GM-Raum finden zudem eine große Auswahl an DVD`s, Büchern, Spiele für jedes Alter und Informationen für ihre Ausflüge.

WLAN ist kostenfrei!

Frühstück und Halbpansion buchen wir gerne für sie im Nachbarhotel dazu, hier befindet sich auch eine Sauna und ein Schwimmbad.

Tennisplätze und Minigolfanlage können kostenfrei benutzt werden. Schläger und Bälle befinden sich im Objekt.

Der ca. 2000 qm große Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, Hunde dürfen hier frei laufen. Neben einer Sitzgruppe für bis zu 12 Personen befindet sich hier noch ein Pavillon, Grillplatz mit Schwenkgrill, Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirme und viel Platz zum spielen, toben oder einfach nur relexen.
Motorräder und Bikes können kostenfrei in der Garage abgestellt werden.
Wanderwege beginnen direkt am Haus.

Large and very modern, well-equipped holiday apartment in the Oberharz

This first-class holiday apartment is in Schuilenberg in the Harz and has been classified as four-star. It provides an ample 160m2 of space for up to 12 people, including children. It is ideal for 8 people.

Outside there is a large terrace and a 2000m² fenced garden with groups of seating, loungers, parasols, a gazebo and a grill area. There is ground-floor access through the terrace door that can be locked from the inside and outside, which has blinds. There is a garage for motorbikes, bikes and sports equipment. Dogs can run around freely on the ca. 2000m² fully fenced site.

The modern and comfortable apartment has four double bedrooms each with a French bed. All the bedrooms have space for a travel cot or a supplementary bed, which you can bring yourself or book from us in addition. Three of the bedrooms open onto the terrace and the fully fenced garden and are comfortably furnished. The fourth bedroom even has a walk-in wardrobe. One of the four bathrooms is fitted with a corner bath, the others with a shower. Four WCs are therefore available. The light and friendly living room has exclusive furniture, including three sofa beds set up in a U-shape, along with a 16:9 digital satellite TV with a radio, Wi-Fi and a DVD/CD player. The living and dining room with a kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, oven (incl. convection), a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, microwave, cooker hood and a dining table. There is a shared room with a washing machine, dryer, a pantry kitchen, various books, games for all ages, DVDs in all categories and an open bar with various drinks.

There is also a safe. All the bathrooms provide a hairdryer, soap, wet wipes, hand towels, shower towels, bathrobes etc. There is space in the bedrooms for a travel cot or supplementary bed. All charges are included (tourist tax, tax, bed linen, towels, bathrobes, Wi-Fi, coffee, tea etc.)

    “Einfach alles. Tolle Räume, gute Aufteilung, perfekt eingezäunter Garten, sehr nette Gastgeber, alles vorhanden. Punktabzug nur, weil bei Regenwetter ein paar einzelne Trittplatten zur Grillstation sinnvoll wären.”
