This lovely home is located on a lake in the King’s Lake Community on Davis Boulevard in Naples. Numerous shops and restaurants are close by, and the beautiful sandy beaches of the Gulf are only about ten minutes away. Take a relaxing stroll along the beach or lay out by the electrically heated pool and soak up the sunshine. The home features three bedrooms, two baths, living room, family room, formal dining room, and an open kitchen with a breakfast nook. Comfortable patio furniture and a summer kitchen make having dinner on your west facing lanai most enjoyable.

The King’s Lake community is well known for its lush tropical landscaping. Amenities include a tennis court, bicycle paths and jogging trails. Due to the central location off Davis Blvd., numerous restaurants and shopping malls are reached within minutes. The white sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico are also nearby.
