This charming stone holiday home promises you a relaxing holiday due to its quiet and isolated location. The one bedroom holiday cottage boasts a simple yet cosy décor, with an open-plan kitchenette and living area, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The grounds overlooks the bay of Cagnes and enjoys a magnificent panorama of the Mediterranean. The owner who lives next door graciously offers access to her swimming pool, the pool deck remains for the owners use only. The property is well located for guests wishing to explore Provence, being close to the countryside and just 9km from the beach. The picturesque town of Vence is approximately 15 minutes away via car: here you can discover the wonderfully preserved and historic centre with fortifications that date back to the 13th Century and relax in one of the charming eateries in the town's shaded old squares.

    “Schönes Objekt zum Wohlfühlen, leider auch für Ameisen, die wir erst einmal bekämpfen mussten. Das Bad wies einige Feuchtigkeitsflecken (Schimmel?) auf, was uns nicht störte, aber für Allergiker eventuell ein Problem sein könnte. Wunderschöner Blick Richtung Nizza. Nachteil des Grundstücks, dass das Auto ebenfalls dort steht, sodass man neben dem Auto am Tisch sitzen muss.”
