The holiday house Albufera is a stylish semi-detached 2-storey house, with a small pool and air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The house stands on a nearly 300m2 plot and has a living area of 125m2, plus a covered terrace and a balcony and is situated in the end of Playa de Muro, overlooking the Albufera nature reserve. The beautiful beach of Playa de Muro is only 300m away. The ground floor has a living-dining room with Astra satellite TV, internet through wifi and air conditioning, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, combination gas / ceramic hob and all small appliances. Moreover, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, one has its own bathroom and balcony. There is also a second bathroom.
