Comfortable holiday apartment at the heart of the spa town, near the beach, for a holiday together

This is a comfortable holiday apartment with two terraces and a double car port in a popular and central holiday residence estate, ideally situated for getting to the pedestrian zone and the main beach by the North Sea.

You can sit outside on two terraces with garden furniture and 7-position chairs, for dining outdoors. You can use an equipment room in the cellar of the residence with a dryer and coin-operated washing machine, as well as a bicycle room. The lift makes sure you avoid going up and down stairs with bulky items. There is a free double car port right on site. There is also a wheelchair ramp in the entrance area of the property. Note that pets and smoking are not permitted inside the building.

The ground-floor apartment, suitable for senior citizens, welcomes you with two bedrooms with double beds, a generous living room with an additional bed, a separate kitchen-diner and two bathrooms. The living space of 112m² features parquet and tiled flooring, external blinds and an alarm system, as well as back-friendly furniture and a fully-equipped kitchen for your convenience. You step inside into the entrance area with a wardrobe and a hallway leading to the individual rooms. The two bedrooms each have a double bed with two single mattresses (90 x 200cm). Summer and winter down duvets are provided. There are bedside tables and reading lamps on either side of the bed, so you can read a good book before going to sleep. Both rooms also have wardrobes for storing your luggage. You can relax together in the cosy living room after a day trip, with two armchairs, a two-seater sofa and a TV armchair with an integrated footrest. The flatscreen TV with a USB port provides entertainment. Wireless Internet access is available. There is also a comfortable sofa bed that can be pulled out as a bed measuring 160 x 200cm for a fifth and sixth guest. The generous separate kitchen-diner is equipped with all the necessary appliances for self-catering, including a dishwasher, a four-zone hob with an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. In front of the cooking space there is an upholstered corner bench with two chairs around a dining table by the window. The two bathrooms are each fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard and mirror, and a WC, as well as a towel radiator and a window. One of the two bathrooms also has a bath. Please note that you have to bring your own bed linen and towels.

The pedestrian zone is just 100 metres away with many restaurants, cafés and shops awaiting your visit. The pedestrian zone leads directly to the main beach. The shuttle bus to the newly built Perlebucht family lagoon is about 80 metres away. The beach is 700 metres away. There is a sandy beach 1.5km away. Sports enthusiasts can use the tennis court 500 metres away. There is a golf course just 4km away. You can arrive by train, with a train station just 500 metres away.

    “Positiv: Sehr nette Vermieter, die zwar 'nur' telefonisch mit uns in Kontakt standen aber sehr gut zu erreichen waren und alles geduldig erklärt haben (Schlüssel, Kurkarte etc.)
    Ruhige Lage sehr nah zur Fußgängerzone. Insgesamt war hatten wir eine gute Zeit in der großzügig Wohnung geschnittenen Wohnung.
    Küche hatte sogar eine kleine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen und vielen Details mehr.”

    “Positiv: Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, aber ruhig. Terrasse im Grünen und so groß, dass auch die Fahrräder Platz hatten. Küchenausstattung gut. Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. 2 Parkplätze überdacht. Negativ: Das Reinigungspersonal muss dringend ausgetauscht werden. Teppich schien nicht gesaugt worden zu sein. Staubsauger verdreckt zurückgelassen, obwohl nicht gesaugt worden zu sein schien.”

    “Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Sehr viele Spinnengeweben in allen Räumen. Die Handtuchheizung konnte nicht genutzt werden, da sie oberhalb verstaubt war und unterhalb verrostet.
    DIe Staumöglichkeiten in den Schränken waren sehr eingeschränkt, da hier alles mögliche seitens des Eigentümers verstaut wurde ( alte Aktentaschen, Blutdruckmessgerät, Kunstblumen bis hin zu einem Gebiss, was erlich gesagt gar nicht geht).


    Das Objekt liegt optimal. 5 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der näheren Umgebung.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung wurde einen Tag vor Einzug der Gäste gründlich gereinigt unter anderem mit einem Spinnenmob. Einen Tag nach Einzug der Gäste fragte unsere kompetente und zuverlässige Reinigungskraft Herrn G., ob alles in Ordnung ist. Es gab keinerlei Beanstandungen, es ist alles in Ordnung. So die unmissverständliche Antwort des Mieters. Zu den Schränken möchten wir folgendes anmerken. Lediglich in der Truhenecksitzbank der Küche befinden sich Näh-Flick und Putzzeug sowie Schraubenzieher etc. Die Schränke in der Küche sind auch sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Außer der Anrichte im Wohnzimmer mit Vasen und Tischdecken und Teelichtern sind alle Schränke leer und größer als der Standard.”

    “Ausstattung ist gut , obwohl das Wohnzimmer ist relativ leer, in der Mitte fehlt etwas.
    Möblierung-Stil nicht erkennbar, zusammengewürfelt. Küche etwas altertümlich. Mikrowelle schlecht nutzbar, über Kopf angeordnet. Gefrierschrank im Flur-Schrank eigentlich unmöglich.”
