This generous manor house provides 213m² of living space and has two floors, whereby the ground floor is currently not usable. You can enjoy a relaxing holiday in a holiday apartment with modern furnishing of around 90m², which meets high standards for a comfortable holiday. The living space comprises two bedrooms each with a generous double bed (180cm x 210cm), with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side, and a spacious wardrobe in front of the bed with mirrors on the doors, providing ample storage space for your luggage. The centrepiece of the apartment is the 30m² living and sleeping room with an integrated kitchen and a generous dining space. You can relax on the pull-out leather sofa (235 x 194cm) after a day trip, with the flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver, a DVD player and a USB port providing entertainment. The sofa can be pulled out as a comfortable bed for two people. The open kitchen enables comprehensive self-catering with a four-zone hob, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and many small electrical appliances, from a toaster to a microwave and coffee machine. You can dine together in the elegant dining space with a corner bench and two swivel chairs. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a WC and a towel radiator, as well as a window. The apartment has oil central heating.

You can relax on the furnished roof terrace (approx. 20m²). In addition to the roof terrace, you can make use of a shared grill area. Two free parking spaces are of course available on site.

You may bring dogs, but they must stay on the leash in the outdoor area.

The property is in idyllic surroundings, just 400 metres or a five-minute walk from the beach. Within a radius of 300 to 400 metres from the house you can find shopping facilities, an ice cream stand, several restaurants, a baker, or massages. Entertainment is provided by the bowling alley, the tennis court or water sports the same distance away. Experience the landscape of the north-easternmost region of Germany at the Stettiner Haff, as well as Mönkebude to Ueckermünde and Altwarp with the most beautiful beaches and bays of the unique Baltic Sea coast, with an idyllic view of the sea and forests, with cycle paths through original nature. The view over the Stettiner Haff affords one of the most beautiful views through sunny clearings as far as the islands Usedom and Wollin, in a pristine environment. Walks through the surrounding forests are also unique. Discover the beauty of the region, smell pine and smoking ovens in the air, gather mushrooms in the beautiful forests and watch how fishermen bring their catch home, listen to the huffing of horses and feel the freshness and beauty of the north wind. The idyllic village Mönkebude is surrounded by the Stettiner Haff nature reserve with its reed and marsh meadows with a golden sparkle in the sun, sea bays where you can watch clouds scudding across the sky, the green coniferous and mixed forests, moors and dunes. The nature reserve has its own management that organizes events such as walks, cycling or canoe tours at a good price. You can find further information at your accommodation. Mönkebude with its beautiful meadows and forests, as well as its sailing harbour and beaches, is right by the Stettiner Haff, the beautiful Baltic Sea coast in the north-east of our lovely country. It is pleasant to go for a morning stroll in nature with one’s partner or four-legged companion, to get to know the forest, meadows, trees, animals and bushes. However, those who prefer to sun themselves at the beach in a canopy beach chair or on the sand can do so to their heart’s content. The lovely sandy beach is about 400 metres from your accommodation, for relaxing and sunbathing. Young guests can also have fun at the beach and at the new playground, where they can run around. But best of all are evening strolls on the beach, where the sun caresses the sea and you can enjoy the peace and quiet, here at the Stettiner-Haff. Mönkebude offers a wealth of activities. The holiday house is about 400 metres from the beach and sailing harbour area, where you can go on an enjoyable sailing tour. Bicycle hire is also just aroundthe corner. Several massage facilities, a bowling alley and ice cream stands ensure physical well-being.
