In the middle of the valley of the Bruche welcomes you this first floor apartment in the home of the owner. Behind the house, the open, tree-filled garden is partially bordered by a watercourse. The spacious interiors are simply furnished and include a large double bedroom, an adjoining children's bedroom and a separate kitchen. Situated at the foot of the Vosges Mountains, the village is an ideal base for excursions on foot or by mountain bike in a magnificent mountain landscape with many marked trails. The easily accessible valleys of Alsace attract many exciting tourist attractions, including Strasbourg, the Alsatian Wine Route, Colmar, Ribeauvillé, the medieval Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg, and an eagle watch and monkey park in Kintzheim. Outdoor enthusiasts will also take great pleasure in Lake Pierre-Percée, less than 40 km away. You can taste the region's famous tarte flambée at the many village festivals held throughout the summer in Alsace. The public swimming pool in Plaine is in operation during the months of July and August.
